Our residential mansion project in Tembavali, Devgad, was shaped by the client’s requirement of creating a large Goan wada-style home with modern interiors and contemporary amenities.
The design draws inspiration from the traditional courtyard house, where the central space acts as the heart of the home, ensuring natural light, ventilation, and a sense of energy balance rooted in Vastu principles. While the exterior celebrates the timeless character of a wada, the interiors are crafted to deliver modern comfort, luxury, and functionality.
All spaces are thoughtfully oriented to open toward the surrounding landscape, enhancing environmental balance and enriching the living experience.
Designed as a self-sufficient residence, it accommodates every necessity of a luxurious lifestyle while integrating sustainability through passive design strategies, efficient use of materials, and harmony with the natural setting. The project stands as a dialogue between tradition and modernity—honoring cultural roots while embracing contemporary living.
